In preparation for 2003, CMHDA's Adult System of Care (ASOC) Committee developed a series of goals highlighting areas that needed further focus and training and that centered on implementing the CMHDA ASOC Framework. The committee decided that educational training forums were the best way to focus on particular issues. The forums were conducted at ASOC Committee meetings throughout 2003.
