In 2003 CMHDA's Children System of Care Committee created a survey for counties to complete on First Five. One of the goals of the CSOC committee for 2003 was to pursue several strategies concerning Mental Health Services to the 0-5 populations. The committee decided to only include mental health services in this survey and not substance abuse. The survey results will provide the committee with information on the extent of targeted services to the 0-5 population in all counties funded both through the First 5 Commissions and other funds. The information from all of the counties who completed and returned the survey have been compiled and are available on this web page.
