Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI):
Training and Technical Assistance

CMHDA recognizes that to achieve the outcomes set forth in the MHSA under PEI, training and technical assistance is required immediately. County mental health departments, consumers, family members, parents, and a wide range of community organizational partners all need support to facilitate planning, program design, and successful implementation.

CMHDA advocates for counties, and their partners, to have access to these needed supports.
