CSOC/ASOC Transition Age Youth (TAY) Subcommittee
The Transition Age Youth (TAY) Subcommittee is a subcommittee
of both the Adult System of Care Committee and the
Children's
System of Care Committee at CMHDA.
The TAY Subcommittee is a place
where issues pertaining to youth ages 14-21 who are transitioning
throughout the systems and out into the community can be discussed
with a wide array of partners. A major goal for the committee
is to develop a resource manual that can assist counties in developing
meaningful transitional age programs.
