Small Counties are taking an increasingly proactive role in developing material and information that can be shared with colleagues, state officials, and members of the State Legislature. Posted in this section are documents prepared by CMHDA staff, state agencies, and other interested groups/associations, which are intended to facilitate the communication of ideas, practices, and financial and policy needs of small counties.
